We'd like to thank our loyal friends that visited our blog on a regular basis. As a group we've decided that we no longer want to post work on a weekly basis but on our own personal schedules. We plan on continuing with the site as more of a reference place for our work than a working weekly blog. Please continue to check in once in a while to see if we've posted new work and always visit our galleries to see what work is still for sale.Thank you for all of your support over the past year.

Happy Earth Day!

Today is Earth Day. I spent the day doing things that I think about doing but just haven't gotten around to it...riding my bike instead of driving to some of my dog client's houses, bought 2 reusable canvas bags from the grocery store, took a bag down to the park and picked up trash, among a few others. It's a refreshing feeling, so I hope to at least start having a few "greener" habits.

Try it, just one little thing and see how it feels. Bring 2 bags when you walk your dog-one for your dog and one for little bits of trash you might find along the way. Buy 1 energy saver lightbulb. Collect magazines and newspapers in a bag and take them to a paper recycle bin.

So in the spirit of the day, any artwork that I sell this week I'd like to dontate 25% of the total to an environmental organization of the buyer's choice. Thank you for checking in and have a good week!

Sounds like you had fun celebrating Earth Day! I think all of us must start doing those "little things" for our earth, or we'll all find ourselves in a big mess! I like your idea of carrying a bag along and picking up trash. I know you're too young to remember Ladybird Johnson, but she taught all of us older (well, we were younger then) folks to Keep America Beautiful!
