I love the rich vivid blue. It reminds me of the rich blues of summer - skies and water. I think you really captured the essence of butterfly in this pastel. Thank you for sharing.

How beautiful! And to think that this gorgeous creature is one of those things we call insects! You certainly found the right medium and mixed the colors perfectly to show this butterfuly in all its glory. I also love your composition, showing us just a glimpse of another!
