We'd like to thank our loyal friends that visited our blog on a regular basis. As a group we've decided that we no longer want to post work on a weekly basis but on our own personal schedules. We plan on continuing with the site as more of a reference place for our work than a working weekly blog. Please continue to check in once in a while to see if we've posted new work and always visit our galleries to see what work is still for sale.Thank you for all of your support over the past year.

I am glad your new job is going well. My new assignment is trying to kick my ass . . . I love the ornaments. We have a set just like them. You are doing some cool stuff with shapes. I decided that was what caught me with your retro tree last week and that is what is catching me this week. the cool shape of these ornaments. Thank you for sharring.

Kristen, why are you so much better at deciding what to use as subject matter. You always have real concrete ideas. I always have these vague "concepts" of what i want to portray, and end up picking out of a hat. you, on the other hand, clearly decide what to paint (draw, etc) and know the setting, the background story. I feel like your pieces have real depth and a story behind them, not just random objects picked blindly out of a hat.

I saw some ornaments something like these in the new National Geographic catalog. I like yours, because they're red and white instead of red and gold (like the NG). Santa wears red and white; I like Santa; I like red and white for Christmas decorations. It's logical, don't you think!
