This is a great picture. We watch the birds at our cabin all the time! I tried my hand at homemade suet this weekend. Many of the birds turned their noses (Oops, beaks!) up at it. We'll see if they like it once they get used to it. You know, it's like when a new dish is served. Sometimes you have to let it "grow on you!"
I like this black bird. I think he is a proud crow. Crows always present themselves in great form.
